The Truth About Love

Love is not about finding someone to love you. Its about self discovery and self acceptance. Learning to love yourself will attract the right people into your life so that they match that.

Its been a hard lesson to learn this since I thought love was something I needed to find outside of myself. If only I could find the right partner then I will be fine. Little did I know this is not true. We attract what we believe about ourselves, how we see ourselves and how we treat ourselves.

Our partners are mirrors of what is inside us.

Learning to love yourself

Learning to love yourself is a journey of self discovery where you learn about your inner world. Who is your inner critic, what story it replays in your head and how this affects you and the choices you make for yourself.

We all have an inner critic and everything it says to us is a lie. When you realize this then you no longer believe your inner critic and you create ways to connect to your higher self which makes choices that are aligned to your highest good with integrity, honesty, love and kindness towards yourself and others.

Removing Inner Blocks

Through my sessions I guide you towards identifying these inner blocks, your inner critic, then together we find feasible ways to remove them.

Once you can identify your blocks and learn to remove them the road is wide open for you. You will not accept anyone treating you less than, or allow anyone to control you when it comes to relationships and people around you.

Core Human Values

What you will find through self discovery is that underneath your story lays your core values.

The more aligned we are with our values the more we are living in close alignment to our heart.

You can then make decisions coming from your heart and not your head. Decisions made from your heart are always for your higher good.

Your head is where your Ego lives and your ego is full of bullshit. It comes from a place of lack, wanting to always be right, it comes from insecurity, fear and an urgent need to fill a void.

Together we learn how to spot the difference of when you’re coming from your ego and when you are coming from your heart.

The best relationships are when both parties can let go of their ego, work together towards the highest good of the relationship having a common vision.

The more vulnerable you are the more you are opening up and allowing your partner to see you. This is where true intimacy can grow from.

Bottom Line

The bottom line is that if you don’t love yourself you will be choosing people who don’t love you either.

This is a lesson I had to learn the hard way.

I want to help you avoid heartache.

Relationships are about self discovery and growth.

The success of your relationship lays in the way you relate to yourself.

If you loved yourself, what would your next move be?
